Nik’s practice focuses on a variety of civil and business litigation matters, ranging from catastrophic loss and emergency accident response to contractual disputes. He also serves as outside general counsel for several companies. His clientele includes many high-profile oil and gas companies, and numerous energy, field services, and construction companies throughout the State of Texas. He also represents clients in the medical profession in medical malpractice cases, and he has a burgeoning mediation practice. He is admitted to practice law in numerous Courts throughout the State of Texas.

He is a member of various legal organizations and has received a number of recognitions and honors locally and State-wide for his work and achievements. As an attorney, he recognizes that he has a unique opportunity to provide guidance and counseling to his clients and he knows that with that opportunity comes the responsibility to zealously represent their interests in a dignified manner. Nik strives not only to place his clients in a position that will afford them the best opportunity to obtain a satisfactory result, but also to do so with respect for the profession. He feels there is no substitute for conducting yourself professionally when advocating for your clients and working hard to provide them with the best opportunity for success. He is committed to providing his clients with honest, earnest, and energetic efforts to achieve their goals.

Nik was born in Galveston but was raised in San Antonio. When not practicing law, he spends his time doing family activities and he is an avid fan of the outdoors and fishing.
